There are talks that John Lloyd wants to do an offbeat role that would further showcase his dramatic prowess on screen. Whether it involves a new love team or not remains to be seen. Gusto ko lang makapag-portray ng as many characters as possible. Mahirap ipaliwanag kasi mag-uusap pa lang yung management. So ayoko ma-jinx, ayoko pangunahan.
When asked about his much-anticipated movie with the Kanto Boys (Vhong Navarro, Luis Manzano, and Billy Crawford), John Lloyd explained that they have to be visible on ASAP again for it to push through. Bubuhayin muna namin yung career namin as a group kasi matagal na kaming ‘di nakikitang magkakasama e. Talagang ganun ‘pag apat kayong may kanya-kanyang ginagawa, mahirap. Pero totoo yun naging threat talaga ang Kanto Boys sa ibang male group kaya medyo ‘di kami binibigyan ng airtime ngayon,” he added with a laugh.
