MANILA, Philippines – Ultimate multimedia star Toni Gonzaga is harboring no ill feelings toward actress Bea Alonzo. This is in connection with Alonzo's 2 new big projects.
According to reports, Alonzo's upcoming movie and television projects were originally offered to Gonzaga.
“Baka siguro para talaga kay Bea. Hindi ba ganoon naman talaga iyon? May mga proyekto na hindi talaga para sa atin at nakalaan talaga para sa kanya. No hard feelings and no ill feelings,” she told "Showbiz News Ngayon."
Gonzaga also stressed that she considers Alonzo as one of her friends in show business.
“Mahal ko si Bea bilang isang nakakatrabaho ko dito sa ABS at isa siya sa masasabi kong isa sa pinakamabait na artistang nakakasama ko,” she said.
The singer-host acknowledged that both of them have a different “forte,” thus, it is not good for people to speculate that they are competing.
“Magkaiba kami ni Bea ng ginagawa. Magkaiba kami ng forte. Napakahusay ni Bea sa kanyang sariling field of expertise kaya hindi siguro maganda na gawan ng issue or pag-awayin kami,” said Gonzaga.
Alonzo is set to do a television series titled "Guns and Roses" with action star Robin Padilla. Gonzaga is said to be Padilla’s original leading lady.
In addition, Alonzo is set to film a movie with Prince of Comedy Vic Sotto under Star Cinema. This project was also initially offered to Gonzaga, according to reports.
