MANILA, Philippines – Action-drama prince Gerald Anderson added another feather to his cap after graduating from high school last Thursday.
Like his longtime onscreen partner, Kim Chiu, Anderson was granted a high school diploma after passing the Department of Education’s alternative learning system test.
"Yes graduate din ako. Actually dapat kasama din ako sa ceremony na ‘yon pero nandito ako sa Tanay," Anderson told “The Buzz,” referring to the graduation rites attended by Chiu last week.
"Pero okay lang naman, ‘yong diploma ay nasa akin," the actor said.
Anderson is still filming his upcoming movie with Sarah Geronimo in Tanay.
Anderson also congratulated Chiu for finishing high school.
'Siyempre sobra akong proud para sa kanya. Matagal din niyang gusto yan. She really deserves lahat ng nangyayari sa kanya ngayon and I'm happy for her," Anderson said.
