The second State of the Nation Address of President Benigno Aquino III after his election was delivered at the joint session of the Congress of the Philippines today, July 25, 2011, at the Batasang Pambansa. He delivered his speech entirely in Filipino making him the first president to do it.
As expected, many students will be assigned to make a reaction paper as their homework.
