Locsin was one of the artists like Anne Curtis whose tarpaulins were ordered taken down on Monday for lack of permit, for violating the National Building Code, and for being offensive.
In her official Twitter account, Locsin said she respects MMDA's move but stressed that the government agency should stop using their names to promote their campaign.
"@MMDA if u think offensive our BB's na in a DECENT Bathing Suit & Gown po, fine☺ don't use our names na lang 2 promote whatever u r doing☺ RT @annecurtissmith: No billboards in a bra. The most bikinis! Pero walang billboard now as they have claimed na pwede tanggalin (cont) http://tl.gd/bm6umq," Locsin tweeted.
"No billboards in a bra. The most bikinis! Pero walang billboard now as they have claimed na pwede tanggalin ngayon. So i think MALI ang statement from the @MMDA.. The only billboard I have along Boni-Edsa is SMDC yata at naka GOWN ako dun!!! Saabeh!! “@143redangel: Kelan tayo nagka-ad na naka-bra lang anita?:p @annecurtissmith http://yfrog.com/kkdrjrj”" Anne Curtis tweeted.
Curtis denied via Twitter that she has an offensive billboard on Boni-EDSA.

On Monday, MMDA released a press statement saying that the tarpaulins on Boni-EDSA showed the 2 actresses both clad in bras.
It also said MMDA will tear down similar illegal billboards on EDSA-Trinoma and EDSA-Pasay.
Just recently, Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos asked advertisers to take down the sexy billboards of the Philippine Volcanoes, the country's rugby team, along EDSA.
The billboards featured members of the team showing off their bodies as they posed in their underwear.
