Prats was named on Saturday as the host of PBB Teen Edition Season 4.
Prats, who was the second big placer of PBB Celebrity Edition in 2006, will start his hosting duties on April 8.
Aside from the reality show, Prats is part of Kapamilya variety show ASAP 2012.
