GREAT NEWS to all our TFC Subscribers and Filipinos abroad. TFC (The Filipino Channel), ABS-CBN Global, and ABS-CBN will be launching 2 new channels into a higher level.
This July 10, 2011 Sunday, ABS-CBN is revamping and launching 2 channels abroad. From old name Cinema One now it will becomes 'Cinema One Global' with new logo (look image above). Also, instead of airing old Filipino movies in Cinema One...
Cinema One Global will now include and feature: Most up to date Filipino movies (Petrang Kabayo, Mamarazzi, etc.), Drama-thon- Teleserye marathon (100 Days to Heaven, Guns & Roses, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, etc.), and more.
The second and last channel they are launching is called "BRO". This will replace or rename the old Kapamilya Channel who airs ABS-CBN's teleserye and some old shows. Basically, all the programs in Kapamilya Channel will be moving to Cinema One Global. (that's why it became bigger). Cinema One Global will now include movies and televisions programs.
While, BRO channel will feature different programs who are dedicated for BRO (Nope, not to God, but for the MALE!) which include: sports, actions, comedy (BORA,), G.R.O., and more.
As from the promo plug said, mas pinantindi, mas pinabago, at mas pinalaki.
These revamp and change will apply to everyone on July 10, 2011 Sunday.
