Melissa bested two PBB hunks–Tibo and Paul Jake–in an endurance test that assured her a slot in the Big 4.
Big Brother opened one slot in the Big 4 for the housemate who can stand on the small platform in the middle of the pool the longest. Tibo, Paul Jake and Melisa bravely faced this challenge.
The three executed various strategies for keeping their post. Melissa distracted herself by singing, Tibo minimized his movement to save strength while Paul Jake massaged his joints. All three lasted for nine hours while the rest of the housemates cheered over them by the poolside.
Big Brother pushed the housemates harder by changing the rule: only one leg was allowed on the platform! Paul Jake was the first to succumb and fell to the water.
Kuya made it even more difficult to the remaining contenders–Melai and Tibo–by making them lift their arms, too! Another hour passed and Tibo decided to give up, leaving Melai win the competition.
Melai broke down in tears while Tibo brought her to the poolside. Other housemates also broke down in tears of joy for the hard-earned victory of Inday Kenkay of General Santos who is now assured of the Big 4 slot.
