Pop Superstar Angeline Quinto stars in her first-ever “Maalaala Mo Kaya”episode this Saturday (August 11) as she will play the role of Carina, a native of the Bagobo tribe who fell in love with a good-looking Ilonggo named Ariel (portrayed by Jason Abalos).

Aside from Ariel’s family who is against their love affair, the cultural differences between Carina and the man she loves will complicate issues in their relationship. Will their love survive despite all hindrances and challenges?

Apart from Angeline and Jason, the “MMK” episode will also star Alex Castro, Arie Reyes, Tanya Gomez, Bing Davao, Eva Darren, Tom Olivar, Isabel Lopez, Girlie Alcantara, and Izzy CaniIlo. It will also be the acting debut of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Editon 4 ex-housemates Alec Dungo and Roy Requejo.

Myrtle Sarrosa who is the Cosplayer of Iloilo was announced as Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 with the percentage of 33.09% from the total number of combined votes from Vote to Save and Vote to Evict. She was joined by Karen (11.91%) the 2nd Teen Big Placer, Roy (vote 9.38%) the 3rd Teen Big Placer and twins Joj and Jai (vote 9.26%) the 4th Teen Big Placer of this edition at the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 B.F.F. at the Big Night that happened at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Malolos City, Bulacan.

Being a cosplayer inside Kuya’s house, Myrtle expresses her personality with different costumes that some of the housemate fancied. But being a struggling leader, it was not hard for Myrtle to get along with other teen housemates for being bossy and playing safe at the same time. Despite of the affection showed by Kit to him after Karen, Myrtle remained close to Yves who has unsettled business outside Kuya’s house. To test her personality along with Yves’ and also their relationship, Kuya invited Kim Balot, Yves’ “bestfriend” to be one of the House Players in this edition. They tried to settle things together including their relationship with Yves. Myrtle is also one of the housemates who became regular to nomination nights and even received automatic nomination because of indirect express of nomination process outside the confession room. But still Myrtle made it to the Teen Big 4 in this edition.


Now that Myrtle is outside Kuya’s House, how will she use her learning from the 3 month summer getaway experience to her life and facing challenges in the outside world? The hagigik chic of Mindoro Karen Reyes was announced as Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 with the percentage of 11.91% from the total number of combined votes from Vote to Save and Vote to Evict. Karen was joined by Myrtle, Roy and Joj and Jai in the Teen Big 4 at the of this Edition for the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 B.F.F. at the Big Night that happened at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Malolos City, Bulacan.

Karen is one of the teen housemates of this edition who is very vocal with her feelings and opinion that lead to argument with fellow housemate especially with ex-teen housemate Kit Thompson whom they had a mutual understanding during the first few weeks of edition. Aside from that Karen became one of the housemates who are regular in the nomination night next to Myrtle, Kit and Mariz. With this she tried to get immunity in some of the challenges that Kuya gave them to secure herself from the possibility of nomination or even eviction. But with her personality inside the house as being over acting and cause of fight inside the house, Karen maintained her positive outlook in life, having fun inside Kuya’s house without pretention and found love with fellow housemate Ryan Boyce who was evicted before the announcement of Teen Big 4.


Now awarded as Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 2nd Teen Big Placer, will Karen continue her relationship with Ryan outside the house and what will the entertainment industry and the world will offer to her now that she’s no longer inside Kuya’s house. Roy Requejo, the Boy Sipag of Naga City was announced as Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 3rd Teen Big Winner with the percentage of 9.38% from the total number of combined votes from Vote to Save and Vote to Evict. He was joined by Myrtle, Karen and Joj and Jai in the Teen Big 4 at the of this Edition for the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 B.F.F. at the Big Night that happened at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Malolos City, Bulacan.

Just like Joj and Jai of Bacolod City, Roy was never been nominated on this edition and he had the chance to enjoy that big jump to the Teen Big 4 during the physical endurance challenge that Big Brother gave them. During that big shoot to the big night task he was joined by Alec and twins Joj and Jai. During his stay inside Kuya’s house Roy revealed that he is angry to his mother who left their family. But few days before the announcement of the Big 4, he was given a chance to talk to his father and mother and let them settle things together that will finally give peace to their family and to himself.

The twins of Bacolod City Joj and Jai Agpangan were announced as the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 4th Teen Big Placer with the percentage of 9.26% from the total number of combined votes from Vote to Save and Vote to Evict. They were joined by Myrtle, Roy and Karen in the Teen Big 4 of this Edition for the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 B.F.F. at the Big Night that happened at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Malolos City, Bulacan.

Joj and Jai were the first two housemates in the history of Pinoy Big Brother who entered Kuya’s House before the official kick off of the edition. They went straight to Kuya’s house and given the task that one must act as male teen housemate during first week of the arrival of the other housemates. It was Jai who played the role of Timmy that became close to most of the boys especially Alec. Joj and Jai were considered as two in one housemate in this edition where both of them are vulnerable for eviction once nominated. But luckily like Roy, Joj and Jai were never received any nomination during their stay in Kuya’s House.


With their charisma and being talkative that reminded us of the Pinoy Big Brother Double Up Big Winner

PBB Teen Edition 4 8th Eviction Night: YVES Flores evicted with 18.03%!

The journey to be part of the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 Big Night on July 7 was cut short for Yves Flores of Tarlac after being named as the latest evictee for the 8th Eviction Night. He only got 18.03% of the total vote for this week, while fellow nominated housemates including Karen got 21.94%, followed by Ryan with 22.20% and the highest Myrtle with 37.83%. As of now the remaining housemates inside the house including those who were saved from eviction are Karen, Myrtle, Ryan, Roy, Alec, Joj and Jai.

Before the eviction of Yves, he was considered as one of the controversial housemate inside the house in this edition where he tries to have a relationship with Myrtle while having unsettled business in the outside world. In order to test his character inside the house along with Myrtle, Big Brother calls on her alleged girlfriend named Kim Balot to be one of the house players. Kim and Myrtle had a confrontation which they clarify things between the both of them including Yves who is very much involve on their lives. During the eviction of Yves, Myrtle hugged him before his exit at the confession room and out to Kuya’s house.

Now that Yves is finally out of the Big Brother house how will it affect on Myrtle’s stay inside the house and along with the rest of the teen housemates.
