It’s so easy to join:
1. Participants must be a fan of Star Cinema’s Forever and a Day official fan page: http://www.facebook.com/ForeverAndaDayFilm
2. On our wall, upload an original created video of you dedicating a message to your special someone that you want to spend ‘Forever and a Day’ with. The video can be a collage of your happy moments together, or a personal message or a short music video using the song “All My Life” by Sam Milby.
3. One (1) entry per participant only. Any excess will be considered invalid.
4. Five (5) winners will be selected using the following criteria:
30%: Number of likes (Ask your friends to vote for you!),�
30%: Creativity and
40%: Content
5. Submission of entries is on or before 11:59 pm of June 8, 2011. Any entries submitted thereafter will be considered invalid.
6. Each winner will get two (2) De Luxe premiere night tickets. They will be announced on June 10, 2011 at 3pm on the following Star Cinema websites: Star Cinema Official Website (StarCinema.com.ph), StarCinema.Multiply.com, Facebook.com/StarCinema, Facebook.com/ForeverandaDayFilm and Twitter.com/StarCinema. Winners will receive a Facebook private message from Star Creatives on how to claim their tickets.
7. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
8. Winners agree to the disclosure and publication of their names and other particulars as Star Cinema may deem appropriate and to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by Star Cinema to announce winners to the general public.
9. Absolutely no malicious content will be tolerated at any given time. Star Cinema reserves the right to delete, block or report any entry/content as they see fit.
10. Star Cinema reserves the right to refuse and/or invalidate any counterfeit/dubious entries and activities as they see fit.
11. All submitted entries will be deemed property of Star Cinema.
