EXCLUSIVE: Xian Lim nagbigay ng 'ONE' point sa Showtime Grand Finalist 'Street Noise'! Where is your CREDIBILITY and PROFESSIONALISM?
Well, hindi na bago ito sa ating mga paningin. Kung ang Queen of all media na si Kris Aquino na nag guest dati sa Showtime Season 2 last December 2010 'Christmas Special' ay napagalitan at napagsabihan ng management and director dahil sa mababa masyadong puntos na binigay sa isa sa mga contestants. Eh, ano pa kaya ito kay Judge Xian Lim?
Si Xian Lim ay ang nag-iisang at may pinakakamamabang gradong ibinigay sa history ng Showtime. At hindi man ikinorrect ng staff or even ng management? Baka mali lang ang pindot man lang? Or tactic nila ito para bumaba ang score at para maiwasan ang tie? or so? But, ONE point really? eh kung si Vice Ganda nga ang pinagbabatayang score sa grand finals ay 5 or 6. ONE pa kaya?
Even though hindi talaga mananalo ang 'Street Noise', Showtime still and should follow the rules. Rules are rules. Where is the Score credibility and professionalism? Hindi lang pindot ng pindot at kung ano ang maisip ay yun na lang ang pipindutin. Lahat ng score dapat binabase from the performance.
Even though, hindi nakaka affect ang score na 'ONE' point sa grupong 'Street Noise' sa pagkapanalo, This is still need to be CORRECTED PROPERLY AND IN ORDER.
That is just UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM AND UNETHICAL!

Showtime Season 3 aka 'Showtime All- Star Baranggayan' Grand Champion is 'TRUE COLORS'. The group are from General Santos in Mindanao which also same the place where the Showtime Season 1 Grand Champion 'XB Gensan' come from.
They will take home with total of P2 million pesos. P1 million is from ABS-CBN and P1 million is from Natashia (sponsor).
The group got with total of 238 points out of the 24 judges.
'True Colors' have an average score of 9. 916 and rounded up with 9.92
Congratulations!
Meanwhile, Brgy. Poblacion Guihulngan, Negros Oriental is the winner for 'Best Intro'. They will take home (the Barangay) with total of P100,000 pesos.
If you didn't know, They WERE PICKED as the winner because of the Negros Dance Collective.
From our reliable inside source, Pinili sila para narin hindi madismaydo ang mga taga Negros. Marami talaga na ang nagsasabi at nag tweet na mahusay, magaling, at deserving talaga ang taga Negros aka Negros Dance Collective na manalo sa competition. And some were even disappointed. Negros Dance Collective was trending in the Philippines and even WORLDWIDE in social networking Twitter. That means na talaga mahusay sila. We saw the performance and they did deserve it.

The whole country will stand still once again when the nation’s most entertaining performers fight it out this Saturday, December 18, in the much-anticipated “Showtime Season 2 Grand Finals” on ABS-CBN.
Once again, viewers will be treated to world-class performances this time from monthly finalists “Big Trio,” “Kidz@Trix,” “89.9 Hoodz,” “Mama’s Boys,” “Lal-lo’s Blacklight Performers,” “Speed Movers Crew,” “Xtreme 24/7,” “Laoag City Gymnastics Group,” and “Zero Gravity,” the winner of this week’s Wild Card round.
Hosts Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Kuya Kim Atienza, Jugs Jugueta, and Teddy Corpuz and resident judge Vice Ganda share the excitement of the madlang people as the day of reckoning for the groups approaches.
“Magagaling ang lahat ng grupo kaya siguradong mainit ang magiging labanan,” said Navarro.
Vice Ganda, meanwhile, has a reminder for the grand finalists.
“Hinahamon natin ang mga grupo na pakitaan kaming mga hurado at ang madlang people ng bago. Ito na ang pagkakataon nilang magpasikat kaya ibigay na nila ang lahat,” he said.
Viewers are also looking forward to the return of Season 2’s guest judges including Ryan Bang, Jhong Hilario, Kaye Abad, and Karylle to help Vice Ganda with the grueling task of scoring the performances.
Early this year, dance group “XB Gensan” gave a rousing number that drove the audience to applause and tears on the way to winning the show’s P1-million prize.
Meanwhile, “Showtime” will also put a twist to Filipinos’ Christmas celebration with Christmas-themed episodes from Monday (Dec 20) to Saturday (Dec 25) featuring some of the biggest stars in the country.

After nine months of electrifying performances, ABS-CBN Showtime Season 1 has come to an end with nothing less but a successful grand finals on Saturday, July 24th. Congratulations to Extreme Boyz - General Santos, more popularly known as XB Gensan, Showtime Season 1 Grand Champion!
One Million Pesos (P1,000,000) for XB Gensan who came from a defeat at the first try, coming back with a vengeance as Wildcard winner...and now as champion garnering the average score of 9.875 from Showtime judges! Truly the pride of Mindanao!

XB (Extreme Boyz) GenSan from General Santos City emerged as winner in the grand finals of ABS-CBN's Showtime held today at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City.
The group won a cash prize of 1 million pesos.
The only group from Mindanao, XB Gensan was only a wildcard winner, but the group managed to beat all other 9 finalists who won during the monthly winners.
In fact, XB GenSan was not even a Monthly Winner. They only reached the Weekly Finals, last April 5.
Another wildcard contender (Boyz Unlimited) competed in the finals and they also scored high, placing 3rd.
It's quite interesting that Boyz Unlimited was the one who beat XB GenSan during the April 5 Weekly Finals. Boyz Unlimited later competed in the monthly finals but lost to Philippine Islands Assasin.
However, XB GenSan, Boyz Unli and 2 other were given a chance to compete in the wildcard finals held yesterday. XB GenSan and Boyz Unlimited both won the round and earn spots in the finals.
All those 3 groups mentioned above turned out to be the Final Top 3 in the Grand Finals.

2nd - Group 7. Philippine Islands Assasin (Marikina City) 9.7
3rd - Group 10. Boyz Unlimited (Pangasinan) [wildcard] 9.625
4th - Group 8. Enlighten Black Theatre Group (San Juan, Metro Manila) 9.425
5th - Group 3. Mortal Combat and the Showgays (Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City) 9.3
6th - Group 6. Savannah Kids Ballroom Dancers (Antipolo City) 8.775
7th - Group 2. Perlas ng Silangan (Olongapo City) and Group 9. E-Crew (Paete, Laguna) 8.575
8th - Group 5. Sensei (Roxas City, Capiz) 8.1
9th - Group 1. Kasibulan (Muntinlupa City) 7.375
10th - Group 4. Beat Guys (Fairview, Quezon City) 7.325
A total of 40 judges, including resident judge Vice Ganda, scored the 11 finalists and chose the 1st ever grand champion of Showtime.
Among them were unevicted hurado Jhong Hilario and "burado" judges like Gladys Reyes, Andrew E, Alessandra De Rossi, Precious Lara Quigaman, Priscilla Meirelles, Assunta De Rossi, Will Devaughn, Jon Avila, Yayo Aguila, Nikki Valdez, Jet Pangan, Dennis Padilla, Robert Seña, Kean Cipriano, Marc Abaya, Bianca Manalo, Carlene Aguilar, Karla Henry, Ayannah, Joy Viado, Jay Justiniani, Christopher Roxas, Mahal, Jocelyn Oxlade, Brod Pete, Keanna Reeves, Archie Alemania, Led Sobrepeña III, Ruther Urquia and Tutti Caringal.
Special jurors such as Manny Castañeda, Jobert Sucaldito, Cornelia "Angge" Lee and Alfie Lorenzo, who judged during the Showtime Kids Edition, and Gab Valenciano who was a judge in Cebu Edition, were also part of the lineup.
Showtime Season 2 starts Monday, July 26.

Who Will Be The First "Showtime" Grand Champion? 2nd Season Starts on July 26

Sunod-sunod ang malalaking pasabog sa "Showtime" habang papalapit ang kauna-unahang grand finals nito ngayong Sabado, July 24, sa Ynares Sports Center, Antipolo City at ang inaabangang ikalawang season nito simula sa Lunes, July 26.
Noong nakaraang linggo ay inanunsyo ang wild card round o "second chance" para sa mga grupong hindi pinalad makarating ng finals. Ginulat naman ang mga hosts ng programa na sina Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, at Kuya Kim Atienza nitong Lunes, July 19, nang ipaalam sa kanila na magiging hurado sila tulad ni Vice Ganda sa buong wild card week.
Pero wala pa ito sa nakaabang na surpresa sa gaganaping grand finals kung saan magaganap ang isang misteryosong pagbabalik na may kinalaman sa pagpili ng grupong magwawagi at tatanggap ng P1 milyon premyo.
Bilib naman ang mga bumubuo ng programa kabilang ang kwelang sina Jugs ng Itchyworms at Teddy ng Rocksteddy sa mga grupong lalaban sa finals.
"Kahanga-hanga silang lahat. Lahat sila panalo na dahil nakapagdala na sila ng aliw at kasiyahan sa mga manonood. Ipinakita rin nila ang pagiging positibo ng mga Pilipino, ang patuloy na paglaban maski sa harap ng krisis," ani Vhong.
At tulad ng Madlang Pipol, sabik na rin sila sa ikalawang season na magsisimula sa Lunes , July 26, nang talent-variety show na nagdala ng aliw at inspirasyon sa bawat Pilipino.
"Sa Showtime mo lang makikita ang bawat host, judge, crew, director, at maging Madlang Pipol na kumakanta at sumasayaw at talagang nag-eenjoy magkakasama. Patuloy naming pagbubutihin ang trabaho namain para magdala ng saya sa bansa," ibinahagi ni Anne.
Sino o sinu-sino kaya ang magbabalik at aling grupo naman ang mananaig sa wild card week upang lumaban sa Wall of Famers na Kasibulan, Perlas ng Silangan, Mortal Combat and the Showgays, Beat Guys, Sensei, Savannah Kids Ballroom Dancers, Philippine Islands Assasin, at Enlighten Black Theater Group?

Huwag palampasin ang pinakakaabangang "Showtime" The Finals sa Sabado, July 24, live sa Ynares Sports Center, Antipolo City, 10:15 ng umaga sa ABS-CBN. Abangan din ang bago at mas pinaaliw na "Showtime" sa darating na Lunes, July 26, pagkatapos ng "Simply KC" sa ABS-CBN.
