Part 1:
“This is the card I sent to tita cory vidanes I told tita cory that I will still go to her bday parties this is nothing personal...its just work. Tita cory is one of a kind. The most approachable and down to earth boss. Tita cory was always good to me. If u have the chance to thank her pls do so...kasi ang bait niya talaga sakin so that's it!!!!! Its a new chapter. I closed a book... I'm starting a new one...but the pages from the previous book will never be forgotten. have a happy weekend!!!!”
Part 2:
“This is the card attached to the flowers I sent tita linggit I said thank you to her because she always believed in me and my talent. She was more than a boss to me. She...tita linggit will always be in my heart. So many people. The others I haven't even thanked. I said my thank yous to boss gabby,mam charo,tita cory,tita linggit, mr.bong osorio and direk lauren. Direk lauren was the one who interviewed me when I was still in channel 7. Then direk lauren got me in his unit. I remember what tito boy told me when he said I was going to do pbb... Tito boy said 'mariel its not a lot of money but you are gna get the exposure of a lifetime' that's what tito boy told me. I never forgot. Direk lauren was always honest with me. I am grateful. I know our paths will cross again I didn't get to thank sir deo but sir deo made me varga... He also believed in me...oh my gosh baka forever ang ktext kung babanggitin ko lahat ng malaki ang role na naplay sa buhay ko. Pero lahat yun nasa heart ko. Maraming salamat abs-cbn!!!!!”

“Official. I said my thank yous to abs last wednesday. I will always be grateful for the breaks that they gave me, the unforgettable experiences and the wonderful people I met along the way. Abs is home. I don't like saying goodbye. I'm hopeful that one day I will see them all again. I grew up in abs. They made mariel rodriguez. Thank you abs-cbn. Thank you for the wonderful years!!!!!!!! Thank you!!! Sometimes there are things that u don't exactly want to do but have to do in order to grow. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the hardest decision I've ever had to make. The hardest. Gusto ko magpasalamat sa lahat ng mga nag email,pumirma, nagtweet...lahat. The bosses told me about all of them. thank u po sa pagmamahal. Salamat na marami. Toni Gonzaga on Mariel moving to TV5: 'Irespeto natin kung anong desisyon niya ngayon. '

Although she works closely with Mariel Rodriguez in Happy Yipee Yehey! (HYY), Toni Gonzaga maintained that she’s not in the position to answer queries about the former’s rumored transfer to a rival network. As it is, Mariel has been absent from the noontime show for two consecutive episodes now. “Yes, decision niya yun, Irespeto natin kung anong desisyon niya ngayon. Hindi natin alam ang mga desisyon niya. At kahit na alam ko man, hindi naman siguro magandang sa akin manggaling dahil personal yung paglipat na nangyayari. So, if ever man na matuloy o kung hindi, I think ang dapat na sumagot niyan ay si Mariel,” said Toni in an interview at the PMPC Stars For A Cause at SM Skydome last September 18.
Rumos has it that Mariel has had a closed door meeting with the ABS-CBN management regarding her alleged resignation effective last September 17. “Siyempre, hindi naman natin mapapangunahan yung desisyon ng mga tao. Kasi buhay nila yun e. Nandito lang tayo para umintindi at sumuporta. So, yun na lang siguro.”
When asked if it’s true that Mariel held a farewell party in HYY last September 16, Toni simply replied, “Actually nung Friday wala ako. Nagkasakit kasi ako. So, narinig ko lang 'yan. mahirap siguro na magsalita ako dahil hindi ko naman alam kung ano ang nangyari doon, e. Kung siguro nando'n ako, puwede akong makapagbigay ng detalye.”
The Multimedia Star added that she and the rest of her colleagues in HYY aren’t privy yet to Mariel’s final decision. “Sa ngayon kasi, wala pa akong alam na concrete na decision niya. So hindi ko alam kung ano ang mararamdaman ko. Lahat kami parang naka-hang kami. Naghihintay din lang kami.”

Mariel Rodriguez on moving to TV5: 'There's an offer. I was offered by Kuya Willie'

Pagkatapos namin exclusive i-tweet few days ago ang rumor na lilipat na si Mariel Rodriguez sa TV5. Now, babasagin na ni Mariel Rodriguez ang rumor na lilipat na daw siya sa TV5 at magiging co-host ni Willie Revillame sa Wil Time Big Time...
Ever wondering why Willie Revillame keeps on greeting Mariel Rodriguez on air during his daily game show "Wil Time Bigtime? Rumor has it that Mariel's Kuya Wil offered her a part on his TV5 primetime show. Quite a reunion since the two worked together in ABS-CBN defunct daily noontime game show Wowowee.
Mariel confirmed the rumor but said she is still in negotiation with TV5 executives and no definite decision yet whether she will be officially a Kapatid very soon.
"Actually there is an offer. I was offered by Kuya Willie." Mariel confirms.
"I think everything is under negotiation. There is no definite answer now, but I already spoke to the management of ABS. They knew about my situation.
"Kasi may mga projects na sa kasamaang-palad, hindi natutuloy, pero napag-usapan.
"E, kasi nga, nagkaroon nga ng certain instances na yung mga napag-usapang gagawin, di natuloy.
"Gusto ko lang naman mag-host, masaya na ako dun.
"Hindi naman ako parang ayoko na, kasi it's not something like that at all. Just really business, work lang, di ba?
"Right now, wala pang final decision. Pero hindi ko naman idinedenay na mayroon talagang pag-uusap na nagaganap." she said further.
The "Happy Yipee Yehey!" co-host also revealed that the Kapamilya network made a counter-offer but decline to talk further the details.
"Mayroon naman. Kaya nga sabi ko, nung nag-meeting ako, I love ABS, thank you very much.
"I kept telling them, 'There's nothing personal. Thank you mahal ninyo ako, mahal na mahal ko rin kayo." Mariel revealed.
Isn't she afraid that her decision might ruin her good relationship with ABS-CBN knowing that there is an ongoing legal battle against the network and the Wil Time Bigtime host?
"Sabi ko nga, very grateful ako sa dalawa.
"Very grateful ako sa ABS, grateful din ako kay Kuya Willie. Kasi naging household din ako dahil sa Wowowee, nang dahil sa ABS.
"Sabi ko, it's nothing personal at all. I will always love ABS, I will always love Kuya Willie.
"Nothing personal, trabaho lang. Basta there's nothing personal, saka wala pa naman akong final answer." Mariel said.

Robin Padilla apologized for the "Underwear scene" in his TV special "Iisang Landas: Ang Kuwentong Pag-Ibig ni Robin at Mariel"!

Pambansang Idol Robin Padilla apologized for the controversial "boxer shorts" scene that was included in the TV special titled "Iisang Landas: Ang Kuwentong Pag-Ibig ni Robin at Mariel," aired on ABS-CBN last Sunday.
In the said scene, Robin was only wearing boxer shorts which left little to the viewers' imagination.
In an interview during a press conference for his latest endorsement Natasha, Robin immediately said sorry to the people who felt offended by the scene.
"Patawad po sa mga na-offend. Sa mga natuwa naman po ay salamat. Pero hindi po namin intensyon 'yon na ganoon. Kasi sa katunayan ay ngayon lang po ako nakitang naka-boxer shorts. Twenty-five years na po ako sa pelikulang Pilipino at talagang ngayon lang ito naganap. Siguro talagang kailangan na talaga akong mag-underwear (brief)," Robin told reporters.
Robin stressed that after what happened, he already learned his lesson and believes it's the cue for him to start wearing briefs.
"Opo. Sa susunod po ay mag-a-underwear na tayo," he jokes.

Mariel & Robin Padilla Catholic Wedding is set this June 2011!

MANILA, Philippines - Celebrity couple Mariel Rodriguez and Robin Padilla will have their second wedding in June of this year.
In a press conference for "Tum, My Pledge of Love" on Saturday, the 2 stars, who had a secret wedding in India, announced that Rodriguez will be a “June bride.”
"Gusto ko maging June bride siya," said Padilla.
Rodriguez and Padilla initially planned to tie the knot on February 14, but decided to move it to a later date to give way to their upcoming movie.
"Hindi umabot noong galing sa India. Ito naman pong dapat Valentine's Day, kami ay nabigla sa play date namin kaya po hindi namin nabigyan ng sapat na atensyon 'yon," Padilla said.
Meantime, the veteran action star assured that they will not keep their upcoming Catholic wedding a secret.
"Sa pagkakataong ito, ayaw na namin na kami lang ang nakakaalam kasi ayaw na naming may magtampo. Gusto namin sa pagkakataong ito, ‘yong kasal namin sa simbahan ay lahat kayo ay nandoon," he added.
When pressed for other wedding details, however, Padilla said: "Meron na kaming [venue ng wedding pero] sorpresa ko sa kanya 'yon, huwag na muna."

Sa darating na Sabado ay muli nating mapapanood sa telebisyon si Mariel Rodriguez sa pinakabagong noon time show na Happy Yippie Yehey. Marami ang nag-aabang sa pagbabalik ng TV host. Noong Sabado ay nag-guest si Mariel sa Entertainment Live matapos siyang mawala ng ilang buwan. Naikuwento niya dito na masaya siya bilang may bahay ni Robin Padilla.
“Nagpaka-wife ako. Alam n’yo namang bagong kasal kami ni Robin, so kailangan kong maging mabuting maybahay, and I’m very happy being a wife. Very happy ang aming married life. Mas maalaga si Robin sa akin rather than ako ang mas maalaga sa kanya,” pahayag ni Mariel.
Masaya rin si Mariel sa pagkakaayos nila ni Toni Gonzaga. “Noong una, it was kinda awkward. Oo small talk may ganun, noong finally nadoon na, it felt good kasi nailabas na. The nice thing is during the time na we were talking, ang daming nangyari sa amin, kaming dalawa. Iba yung journey na pinag-uusapan namin ngayon. It’s a different level din. It’s a new chapter,” masayang kuwento pa ni Mariel.
Maging si Toni ay excited na rin sa show na pagsasamahan nila ni Mariel. “Nag-dry run na kami for the segments for the flow of the show. It was very relaxing, it was smooth. “Nagpaka-wife ako. Alam n’yo namang bagong kasal kami ni Robin, so kailangan kong maging mabuting maybahay, and I’m very happy being a wife. Very happy ang aming married life. Mas maalaga si Robin sa akin rather than ako ang mas maalaga sa kanya,” pahayag ni Mariel.
Masaya rin si Mariel sa pagkakaayos nila ni Toni Gonzaga. “Noong una, it was kinda awkward. Oo small talk may ganun, noong finally nadoon na, it felt good kasi nailabas na. The nice thing is during the time na we were talking, ang daming nangyari sa amin, kaming dalawa. Iba yung journey na pinag-uusapan namin ngayon. It’s a different level din. It’s a new chapter,” masayang kuwento pa ni Mariel.
Maging si Toni ay excited na rin sa show na pagsasamahan nila ni Mariel. “Nag-dry run na kami for the segments for the flow of the show. It was very relaxing, it was smooth. Mariel Rodriguez- Padilla & Robin Padilla Church Wedding Preparations Reset!

Preparations for Mariel Rodriguez and Robin Padilla’s church wedding have been temporarily postponed to give way to their upcoming movie, “Tum, My Pledge of Love.”
In an exclusive interview with Star Studio Magazine, the newlyweds, who had a secret wedding in India, said they initially planned to set their wedding date in February of this year.
“Ang problema, busy kami dito sa movie. Yung kasalanan sa India, okay lang na walang plano. Ang kausap mo dun, Diyos lang. Kapag church wedding, para sa mga Pilipino ito eh. Para sa mga magulang niya [Mariel], sa mga kamag-anak niya, pamilya niya, kababayan natin, Kailangan ng preparasyon,” said Padilla.
“Kung either December or February 2011, ano yung wedding coordinator, superhero,” Rodriguez added.
Despite the time constraints, Padilla said his love for Rodriguez matters more than any ceremony.
“Ang importante, perfect love, hindi perfect wedding,” said Padilla.
“I always say that as long as we are okay, everything will be okay. Madaling magdesisyon. Madaling may gawin. We’ll get through whatever it is, as long as we are okay,” said Rodriguez.
On having a baby
Meanwhile, the television host and actress confessed that having a child is not their main priority right now.
According to Rodriguez, she wants to focus on being a good wife to Padilla.
“Ayaw namin. Kasi we want to enjoy muna na kami. You can’t bring this back anymore kapag nagkaanak na kami,” she said.
She, however, enjoys being a stepmom to Padilla’s children from his first marriage.
She considers herself fortunate that from the start, she and Padilla’s children have a mutual respect toward each other.
“They were raised well. The children are very nice, pleasant, sobrang mababait,” said Rodriguez.

ABS-CBN's upcoming noontime variety show "Happy Yipee Yehey" is being plagued with intrigue as its male hosts, John Estrada and Randy Santiago received disapproving remarks from longtime friend Willie Revillame.
In a "Willing Willie" episode last January 26, Willie aired his side over John and Randy's decision to accept a noontime show that has the same timeslot with his cancelled program "Wowowee".
Willie, John and Randy hosted the ABS-CBN noontime show "Magandang Tanghali Bayan" from 1998 to 2005. The network subsequently reformatted the show to only headline Willie in the program "Wowowee."
"Wowowee" was then canceled on July 31 last year after Willie went on indefinite suspension over his on-air rant against Kapamilya talent Jobert Sucaldito. Willie then filed a case before a Quezon City court seeking to rescind his contract. ABS-CBN continues to challenge Willie's case with a P486-million counterclaim suit. While the case is pending, Willie produced and hosted the early evening game show "Willing Willie" for TV5.
On Sunday's episode of "The Buzz," John and Randy aired their side over the negative issues being thrown against them.
"Hindi lang naman sa kaibigan nangyayari yan, kahit sa mga magkakapatid, tunay na magkapatid. Meron talagang tampuhan. Just to put an end to this, I just like to say, wala po kaming ginawang masama. Kami po ay tumanggap ng trabaho pero gayun pa man din, gusto lang namin naman magpasaya ng tao so with that sana po ay magpasaya na lang tayo ng tao at mapapagbigyan kami ng sambayanang Pilipino," John said.
"Kung meron mang ibang taong nagtataka kung ano talaga ang nangyari, wala po talaga kaming nagawang masama po at alam ni Willie kung gaano namin siya kamahal. Kami po ay tunay na kaibigan. Ito'y trabaho lang. Kailangan din namin magtrabaho ni Randy. Sinabi ko kay brother Randy as long as malinis ang kunsensiya natin at alam ng Diyos na wala tayong ginagawang masama, eh siguro naman kahit sinu-sinong gustong kumalaban sa atin ay hindi magtatagumpay dahil Diyos ang kakampi natin dito," the returning Kapamilya host added.
Randy, though expressing his sentiments, maintained that his respect and love for Willie are intact. He said he did not mean to offend Willie and it was nothing personal.
"Kami ni Willie magkasami since 1983. You're talking about 28 years together. Isang kuwarto ang tinutulugan namin when we were doing Cicada (Band). In other words sabi ko nga, eh tampuhan lang ng magkakapatid. Right after nakita natin ‘yung tampo niya (Willie) we were deeply hurt also. Dahil gusto niya siyempre magkasama-sama kami uli. But of course dahil sa nangyaring ito at hindi natin inaasahan na nandito pa rin kami sa Channel 2, right away tinext ko agad siya at si brother John ay nagtext din sa kanya at humihingi na sana sa mga susunod na panahon magkakasama pa rin tayo. Pero at this point siyempre trabaho lang, ‘ika nga at nauna nga lang agad itong ABS-CBN," Randy explained.

ABS-CBN on Friday revealed its newest noontime show, "Happy Yipee Yehey."
The network introduced the 8 hosts of the new program, led by former noontime show hosts Randy Santiago and John Estrada.
They will be joined by Mariel Rodriguez, Toni Gonzaga, Bentong, YouTube star Jober, Bianca Manalo, and Pinoy Big Brother winner Melai Cantiveros.
Manalo and Cantiveros said they are excited and nervous, as the show will mark their hosting debut.
"Syempre tao lang ako, sobrang kabado talaga ako, Hindi ko alam kung ano ang gagawin ko dito, pero tanggalin natin ang negative at puro positive lang tayo para mawala ang bad sa mundo," Cantiveros said.
"Kung ano naman ako sa tunay na buhay, 'yun ang nilalabas ko. Gusto nila beauty queen na kikay na maingay na makulit, eh ganyan talaga ako," said Manalo.
The show promises to offer exciting games, surprise numbers, and big-time prizes.
The show will begin on February 12, with a grand pilot episode.
