MANILA, Philippines - Actresses Angelica Panganiban, KC Concepcion and Gretchen Barretto attended an acting workshop together for ABS-CBN's upcoming series "Muling Buksan ang Puso."
In an interview with "Showbiz News Ngayon", the actresses shared their workshop experience under award-winning director Laurice Guillen.
"Exciting kasi marami kaming nalalaman sa isa't isa. Step-by-step nakikilala mo sila ng deeper," Panganiban said.
"Exhausting 'yong workshop. Medyo nahirapan. The good thing is nagkakakilanlan na kami. I think we are ready to work," Barretto said.
Concepcion shared: "This is it! Nararamdaman na namin na talagang may project kami together kasi matagal na kaming naghihintay."
The series will be directed by Ruel Naval, one of the directors of the defunct top-rating series "Magkaribal."
Asked if people will see them compete in the series on the fashion and acting front, Barretto replied:
"Kung patalbugan, malalaman niyo na lang yon. Si Angelica pagdating niya sa set hindi na siya si Angelica. Iba na ang character na ipo-portray niya. Iba na din ako. Iba na din si KC doon. Kung mag-away kami sa teleserye, 'yon kami pagdating sa set."
For Panganiban, she stressed that they will just do their job as actresses. She also added that it would be easy to do the series if they will work hand-in-hand.
"Masarap magtrabaho kung hindi kayo naghihilaan pababa, at doon magwo-work 'yon. Doon makikita ng tao kung paano magiging maganda ang teleserye na pinapanood nila," Panganiban said.
Also part of "Muling Buksan ang Puso" are actors Luis Manzano, Sam Milby and Zanjoe Marudo.

Until now, the Kapuso network is still looking for a moreno hunk that will fit for the role as Amaya’s love interest. Even the scheduled shooting for Amaya was postponed because the management is still looking for the right actor to play the role. And they couldn’t start shooting until they find one.

Bea Alonzo on dating Zanjoe Marudo: ‘We enjoy each other’s company’!

After much speculation about the real score between Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo, the actress finally confirmed that they had gone out on group dates several times already. The two were reportedly spotted together at Rockwell last Christmas. “Lumalabas kami with friends, yeah. Nag-eenjoy kami sa company ng isa’t isa. Nakapanood kami ng MMFF (Metro Manila Film Festival) movies with friends,” said Bea who has moved on from the intrigues involving her and Gerald Anderson.
Although it’s been a while since she has had a steady boyfriend, Bea insisted that all she wants is to be happy with whatever’s in store for her this 2011. And if it means falling in love again, then she would welcome it with an open heart. "Yun ang mga bagay na hindi pinaplano eh, kung darating darating. Pero kung ano man ang dumating sa‘yo every single day, kahit hindi sa love life, kahit sa ibang aspeto ng buhay mo, dapat tinatanggap ng maluwag sa dibdib at dapat i-enjoy mo lahat,” she happily stated.
Bianca Gonzalez even attested to Bea’s growing closeness with Zanjoe as she got the chance to hang with them and other celebrity couples. “Nakasama ko na si Bea at si Zanjoe pero it’s true na with friends. Kasi noong nakasama ko sila, they were also with John Lloyd (Cruz) and Shaina (Magdayao) and Vhong (Navarro) and Vhong’s girlfriend. Friends talaga kami lumalabas.”

Bea Alonzo Finally Admits Dating Zanjoe Marudo!

In an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon” (SNN) on Tuesday, Alonzo admitted that she and Marudo are indeed seeing each other and have gone out on dates.
“Lumalabas kami with friends. Nag-eenjoy kami sa company ng isa’t isa. Nakapanood kami ng MMFF movies with friends,” she said.
The actress further shared that she is ready to love again this 2011.
“Yun ang mga bagay na hindi pinaplano eh. Kung darating darating. Kung ano man ang dumating sa‘yo every single day, kahit hindi sa love life, kahit sa ibang aspeto ng buhay mo, dapat tinatanggap ng maluwag sa dibdib at dapat i-enjoy mo lahat,” she said.
In an earlier interview of SNN with Alonzo, the actress declined to comment on speculations that she and Marudo are getting closer.
Meanwhile, SNN host Bianca Gonzalez confirmed what Alonzo had disclosed. According to her, it is true that Marudo and Alonzo are going out on dates but clarified that they are always with friends.
“Nakasama ko na si Bea at si Zanjoe pero it’s true na with friends. Kasi noong nakasama ko sila, they were also with John Lloyd (Cruz) and Shaina (Magdayao) and Vhong (Navarro) and Vhong’s girlfriend. Friends talaga kami lumalabas,” said Gonzalez.

Cristine Reyes nag walk away sa The Buzz sa tanong na kung Mahal niya si Rayver Cruz!

Kilala sa pagiging prangka, naging mabilis ang interview ng The Buzz host na si Boy Abunda kay Cristine Reyes kahapon para sa portion na The Abunda Challenge dahil diretsa kung sumagot ang dalaga. Pero isang tanong ang hindi kinaya ng aktres at piniling huwag sagutin ito at mag ‘walk away’ na lamang. Ang tanong na ito ay kung mahal ba niya si Rayver Cruz ngayon nang higit pa sa kaibigan.
Gayunpaman, inamin ni Cristine na hinalikan na siya ni Rayver off camera dahil naging sila noon at ngayon ay magkaibigan lamang kahit na napapabalitang mag-on na ang dalawa for two months.
Kinumpirma rin ng sexy actress na nakasamaan niya ng loob sina Angel Locsin at Maxene Magalona na mga kabarkada niya sa Ampalaya Anonymous dahil feeling daw niya ay iniwanan umano siya sa ere nang magkaroon siya ng away kay Pauleen Luna.

Kilala sa pagiging prangka, naging mabilis ang interview ng The Buzz host na si Boy Abunda kay Cristine Reyes kahapon para sa portion na The Abunda Challenge dahil diretsa kung sumagot ang dalaga. Pero isang tanong ang hindi kinaya ng aktres at piniling huwag sagutin ito at mag ‘walk away’ na lamang. Ang tanong na ito ay kung mahal ba niya si Rayver Cruz ngayon nang higit pa sa kaibigan.
Gayunpaman, inamin ni Cristine na hinalikan na siya ni Rayver off camera dahil naging sila noon at ngayon ay magkaibigan lamang kahit na napapabalitang mag-on na ang dalawa for two months.
