NAKA-RECOVER NA PALA si Andi Eigenmann, matapos itong isugod sa emergency room ng isang ospital sa Baguio, kamakailan lang, at back to taping na ulit ito.


Ang kuwentong nasagap namin, nagte-taping ang production ng Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin ng ABS-CBN sa Baguio, nang mag-hyperventilate si Andi sa isang eksenang kinukunan sa kanya. Sa nasabing eksena, nakasukbit daw ang isang mabigat na military bag sa likod ni Andi at bitbit ang isang tunay na M-16 rifle, habang tumatakbo ito. Hindi na raw kinaya ni Andi ang tindi ng “military training” scene kaya’t nabigla ang muscles nito, na nagresulta nga sa pagkakasugod sa kanya sa ER ng ospital.

Susme naman! Sa bigat ng military training at sobrang lamig na nararanasan ngayon sa Baguio, sino   ba  naman  ang  hindi  mamimitig ang mga maskels sa katawan? Nito nga lang mga nakalipas na araw, umabot na sa pinakamababang temperaturang naranasan ang Baguio sa 9.8 degrees celsius.

Anne Curtis has no plans of getting married in secret!

Many psychics and astrologers say that 2011 is a good year for love and marriage. Some have even predicted that Anne Curtis might get married this year. The actress/TV host just laughed when told about this prediction. “If ever na mangyari ‘yun wala sa akin ang desisyon. Kung magpapakasal ako hinding hindi ko talaga itatago kasi it’s something you should be proud of. It’s something I will definitely be proud of. Pero sa ngayon kasi wala pa talagang mga ganyang plano. I’m too busy to even think about getting married.”

Anne continued to elude questions about her relationship with Erwan, a Fil-French model/businessman. After a string of highly publicized romances, Anne has finally decided to keep her love life out of the limelight. The only thing she shared was that despite her very busy schedule, she is very happy with their relationship. “Hindi mahirap pagsabayin ang love at career. Even if we’re from different careers hindi siya mahirap. Masaya. Very happy talaga ako.”

There are also rumors of a movie project starring Anne and ex-boyfriend Sam Milby. Their first and last big screen team up was last year’s Babe I Love You. According to Anne, she has yet to hear from ABS-CBN if she will do a movie with Sam again. For now she is busy shooting the film Who’s That Girl starring opposite Luis Manzano which is being directed by Wenn Deramas. “Ang alam ko lang aside from Who’s That Girl with Luis, may isa pa akong movie na gagawin very soon. Abangan ninyong lahat ‘yan.”

Bea Alonzo on dating Zanjoe Marudo: ‘We enjoy each other’s company’!

After much speculation about the real score between Bea Alonzo and Zanjoe Marudo, the actress finally confirmed that they had gone out on group dates several times already. The two were reportedly spotted together at Rockwell last Christmas. “Lumalabas kami with friends, yeah. Nag-eenjoy kami sa company ng isa’t isa. Nakapanood kami ng MMFF (Metro Manila Film Festival) movies with friends,” said Bea who has moved on from the intrigues involving her and Gerald Anderson.

Although it’s been a while since she has had a steady boyfriend, Bea insisted that all she wants is to be happy with whatever’s in store for her this 2011. And if it means falling in love again, then she would welcome it with an open heart. "Yun ang mga bagay na hindi pinaplano eh, kung darating darating. Pero kung ano man ang dumating sa‘yo every single day, kahit hindi sa love life, kahit sa ibang aspeto ng buhay mo, dapat tinatanggap ng maluwag sa dibdib at dapat i-enjoy mo lahat,” she happily stated.

Bianca Gonzalez even attested to Bea’s growing closeness with Zanjoe as she got the chance to hang with them and other celebrity couples. “Nakasama ko na si Bea at si Zanjoe pero it’s true na with friends. Kasi noong nakasama ko sila, they were also with John Lloyd (Cruz) and Shaina (Magdayao) and Vhong (Navarro) and Vhong’s girlfriend. Friends talaga kami lumalabas.”

Bianca used to be romantically involved with Zanjoe, but she was very vocal in saying that he and Bea make a perfect pair. “Alam mo 'yong mala-prinsesang kagandahan tapos ruggedly handsome? Bagay sila. Hindi naman sila super sweet pero talagang…I don’t think kasi they’re hiding kasi they’re going to public places together. Bagay sila,” she reiterated.

GMA-7 Network is Most-Watched TV Station in Mega Manila for 2010 According to AGB Report!

GMA Network remains the preferred network in viewer-rich Mega Manila for the whole year of 2010.

Based on data from the more widely recognized TV ratings data supplier, AGB Nielsen, GMA Network garnered an average people audience share of 36.3% in Mega Manila in 2010. Its closest competitor, ABS-CBN, posted an average of 32.7%, 3.6 points behind GMA Network in the highly-coveted Mega Manila area.
Mega Manila comprises 55% of the total urban television households in the country.
December ratings data (with December 26 to 31 based on overnight ratings data) showed that GMA Network improved its lead when it posted an average audience share of 35.8% versus ABS-CBN’s 26.6%. Moreover, 19 of the top 30 highest rating programs in December, were from the Kapuso Network.
Topping the list of leading programs is A Duet to Forever, the Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez wedding with an audience share of 45.6%. This was followed by constant top-rater Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho with an audience share of 37.8%. The third place, garnering an audience share of 30.4%, went to the reality-based program, Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown hosted by Richard Gutierrez.
The Kapuso Network’s other programs that made it to the overall top 30 programs of December were noontime top-rating program Eat Bulaga; primetime news program 24 Oras; Kap’s Amazing Stories and primetime dramas like Bantatay; Jillian: Namamasko Po; Grazilda and Beauty Queen.
For 2011, the Network presents a stunning line-up of programs slated to premiere in the first quarter of the year.

First on the list is the fantasy-drama, Dwarfina, starring the lovely and promising pair of Heart Evangelista and Dennis Trillo. Viewers will experience the mythical and magical world of duwendes as Dwarfina, a girl who is no taller than a finger, makes her debut this January on GMA Telebabad. Also in the cast are Janice de Belen, Jackielou Blanco, Pauleen Luna and Will Devaughn, among others.

Also premiering this January is the television remake of the age-old story about a wooden sculpture brought to life by the artistic works of a woman, Machete. Sought-after Kapuso hunk actor Aljur Abrenica receives his biggest break yet as he was chosen to reprise the coveted role of Machete. Bela Padilla and Ryza Cenon join him in this sizzling and highly anticipated project.

Regine Velasquez and Dingdong Dantes, another new and interesting tandem, topbill the original romantic-comedy series I Heart You Pare. The program is all set to make audiences laugh, cry and fall in love as it presents an amusing and heartwarming portrayal of the intriguing and colorful world of gays and lesbians.

The Kapuso Station, likewise, makes history as it brings to light the first ever epic-serye, Amaya. Primetime Queen Marian Rivera takes on the challenging role of a woman blessed with superpowers, which she will use to lead her people at a time dominated by men. The network is currently adding its finishing touches to its groundbreaking and well-researched storyline, scheduled to premiere in February.

Last but certainly not least, the return of Captain Barbell takes flight this first quarter of 2011 with actor Richard Gutierrez reprising his dual role as Teng/Captain Barbell. Joining him, together with a new league of extraordinary beings with superpowers, are equally gorgeous Kapuso actresses, Solenn Heusaff, Michelle Madrigal, Sam Pinto, Frencheska Farr and Bianca King among others. Bea Alonzo Finally Admits Dating Zanjoe Marudo!

Actress Bea Alonzo has finally broken her silence on speculations that she and Zanjoe Marudo are dating.

In an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon” (SNN) on Tuesday, Alonzo admitted that she and Marudo are indeed seeing each other and have gone out on dates.

“Lumalabas kami with friends. Nag-eenjoy kami sa company ng isa’t isa. Nakapanood kami ng MMFF movies with friends,” she said.

The actress further shared that she is ready to love again this 2011.

“Yun ang mga bagay na hindi pinaplano eh. Kung darating darating. Kung ano man ang dumating sa‘yo every single day, kahit hindi sa love life, kahit sa ibang aspeto ng buhay mo, dapat tinatanggap ng maluwag sa dibdib at dapat i-enjoy mo lahat,” she said.

In an earlier interview of SNN with Alonzo, the actress declined to comment on speculations that she and Marudo are getting closer.

Meanwhile, SNN host Bianca Gonzalez confirmed what Alonzo had disclosed. According to her, it is true that Marudo and Alonzo are going out on dates but clarified that they are always with friends.

“Nakasama ko na si Bea at si Zanjoe pero it’s true na with friends. Kasi noong nakasama ko sila, they were also with John Lloyd (Cruz) and Shaina (Magdayao) and Vhong (Navarro) and Vhong’s girlfriend. Friends talaga kami lumalabas,” said Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, who was also linked to Marudo in the past, also expressed how she finds the 2 together.

“Alam mo 'yong mala-prinsesang kagandahan tapos raggedly handsome. Bagay sila. Hindi naman sila super sweet pero talagang, I don’t think kasi they’re hiding kasi they’re going to public places together. Bagay sila,” she said.

Christian Bautista on his First Major Lead Role at an Indonesian Film titled: "Jayden's Choir"!

“Jayden’s Choir” is Christian Bautista’s first title role in a full length movie ever. Since it’s going to be shown in other countries as well, it can also be considered as the heartthrob’s first international film.

Titled in Indonesia as “Simfoni Luar Biasa”, the film is produced by Nation Pictures, and reportedly has a budget of US $.5M (equivalent to PhP 225 million). It is directed by Awi Suryadi who has helmed 9 films in the past, including the hit Indonesian movie of 2010 titled “I Know What You Did On Facebook”.

Christian portrays the role of a Filipino singer-actor named Jayden Ruiz in the film. The character is a struggling singer whose quest for fame is not quite successful in the Philippines. With his Aunt Penelope’s help, he decides to fly to his mother who lives in Jakarta, Indonesia. There he takes on a job as a music teacher for special children.

Christian is supported by other well known Indonesian actors like Iwa Ribowo and a group of young actors with great singing voices.

“Jayden’s Choir” will premiere on March 17, 2011 in Jakarta, Indonesia and eventually in other Asian countries like the Philippines.

‘Tum: My Pledge of Love’ Starring Robin Padilla & Mariel Rodriguez- Trailer & Poster Released!

 Star Cinema has released the Cinema trailer for their upcoming romantic drama “My Pledge of Love” starring Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez.

 

“Tum” is Robin and Mariel’s first movie together. It was shot entirely in India during their honeymoon.
The film also stars Datu Khomeini Bansuan, Nash R. Raza, Ejay Falcon and Robin’s daughter, Queenie Padilla.

Robin is very proud with what they’ve accomplished during filming “Tum.” He wants to include all the scenes that they’ve filmed, if possible, because it shows the rich culture of India.

“Maipagmamalaki namin na lahat po ‘yan India, lahat po ng extra namin nasa India, ang mga kasama po namin d’yan mga Indian actors at ang mga kalaban po natin d’yan mga Indian stunt man,” he said.
Produced by Star Cinema, “Tum: My Pledge of Love” is written and directed by Robin himself and will be coming out very soon in theaters nationwide.

FIRST TIME PA lang manalo ni Ai-Ai delas Alas ng best actress pero mukhang mabubulilyaso pa. ‘Yan ay    kung matutuloy ang Senate investigation sa kanyang pagkapanalo bilang best actress sa katatapos na Metro Manila Film Festival. Ang chairman ng Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media na si Senator Gringo Honasan ang mag-iimbestiga kung may basehan nga ang mga tsismis na may kinalaman si Kris Aquino sa pagka-panalo ni Ai-Ai.


Kilalang malapit na kaibigan ni Kris si Ai-Ai. Parang ang pinalalabas kasi sa tsismis ay ginapang ni Kristeta ang pagkapanalo ng Concert Comedy Queen dahil kapatid niya ang pangulo at appointee ng brother niyang si President Noynoy Aquino ang head ng MMFF.

Nakakaloka ito. Parang may sumasa-botahe sa pagkapanalo ni Ai-Ai. Pilit na binibigyang-kulay ang kanyang victory gayong deser-ving naman siyang manalo.

Siyempre, masakit ito para sa Concert Comedy Queen. Hindi nga naman biro ang paratang sa kanya.

I THINK TAON namin ang 2011. At ang sabi nila, “Claim it!” Kaya eto, kine-claim namin. Let’s welcome positivity!

Sabihin n’yo nang ilusyon lang ‘yong sinasabi namin. At least, kahit ilusyon, ang sarap pa rin sa pakiramdam at masarap pa ring isipin, ‘di ba?

Eh, ‘pag sumasapit ang New Year, birthday na namin ng January 2, kaya sasamantalahin na namin ang aming ilusyon. He-he-he-he.

Sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng aming nakaraan, mapait man ito o shocking, keri lang. Bahagi ‘yan ng buhay habang ikaw ay nabubuhay. At sa mga darating pa, sana, Lord, ‘yung kaya ko lang nang bonggang-bongga, ha?

At sa mga darating na good vibes, positive things, ma-fulfill ang dreams namin, mangyari ‘yung ipinagdarasal namin, ay… kaya ko ‘yan, kukunin ko ‘yan, promise! Akin ‘yan!

‘Yan ang attitude namin ngayon sa buhay.

Pero naglagay din sila ng sign ng M and L wedding. Ang start ng wedding I think 4 to 6 pm. Naka-reserve under the name of Lourdes Tensuan sa hotel.”

Ibinigay pa sa amin ang phone numbers ng hotel kung gusto raw naming i-verify. Pero totoo man ito o hindi, ang alam namin, nasa Vancouver ang dalawa.

Sa episode ng Banana Split last Saturday ay sinunog ni Melai Cantiveros ang larawan ni Mr. Fu.
Ipinahayag ni Mr. Fu ang kanyang saloobin sa Paparazzi last Sunday kung saan ay humalili siya sa isa sa mga hosts nito na si Ruffa Gutierrez na nasa ibang bansa.

Tinanong nina Cristy Fermin kung ano ang masasabi niya sa insidente kung saan ay sinunog ni Melai Cantiveros ang larawan niya as part of the segment na tungkol sa mga bagay na gusto mong iwan sa 2010.
Ang sagot ni Mr. Fu: “Wala naman akong nagagawang masama kay Melai para gawin niya yun. At di ko gagawin yun sa kanya, no one deserves that. Happy New Year!”

Nagpadala ng statement sa PEP ang “Banana Split” Business Unit Head na si Cynthia Jordan tungkol sa nasabing issue:

“Definitely not true that we ‘hate’ mr fu. the segment was abt ‘things that u have to leave’ 2010. Isa duon ay yung mga overused terms like ‘meganun’ and ‘eowphoz’, and yung mga tampuhan issues like cristine n sara, aga n sharon etc. pinakita dun ang mga pics nila but it doesnt mean na galit kami sa kanila, we are referring to the issue related to them and not them per se. Sa nakaraang MMFF Parade ceremony, present ang controversial actress na si Marian Rivera wearing her costume as Super Inday. Huling huli ang pagtataray ng aktress sa Papparazi camera ng TV5! Pagmasdan mabuti kung paano dinedma ni Marian ang isa sa mga hosts ng nasabing event na si Alex Gonzaga:


Matapos siya tawagin ni Alex na inabot pa ang kamay upang batiin siya, dumaan lamang si Marian na parang walang nakita at sa halip ay dumiretso kay Kuya Germs na naroroon din.

Bukod kay Alex ay dinedma rin ni Marian si Bayani Agbayani na kasama rin ni Kuya Germs sa stage. Cristy Fermin was fuming mad last Sunday sa Paparrazi after the video was shown. Mo Twister defended Marian saying “…huwag na lang ipalaki [yung issue]…yung kay Bayani agree ako dun kasi siyempre snubbing moment ‘yun kasi may intriga naman siya, may bad experience.”

Cristy Fermin refused to keep mum on the issue. Sa halip ay nag-iwan siya ng matalinghagang pangungusap:
“Itong scenario na ito ay nagsalita sa bentahe nina Alex Gonzaga at Bayani Agbayani. Nakita natin kung sino ang pwedeng sabunutan na may masasabunot ka at kung sino ang huwag mong papatulan dahil mahirap sumabunot ng kalbo,” ang statement niya.

TV5 Network, Tambakan ng mga LAOS na Artista?!

Pumirma na raw ng kontrata si Aga Muhlach sa TV5? Ha? Eh bakit wala man lang funfare? Bakit walang ingay? Bakit hindi siya hinabol ng ABS-CBN at pinigilan and offered a higher fee? Haya­n tuloy, deadma lang pati na everybody!

Ang dami namang mga walang trabaho ang nagtatakbuhan sa TV5 ‘pag ayaw na ng GMA7 o ng ABS-CBN sa wala nang value na star. At ‘pag nandoon na ipagyayabang namang inalok daw sila ng talent fee na times 5 din! Anoh? Paki­ulit n’yo nga ‘yan? Sinong uululin nyo?

Kung ikaw ay walang trabaho at ang TV5 ang court of last resort mo, meaning ikaw na ang nagmamakaaw­a na tanggapin ka, bigyan ka ng trabaho -- eh ‘di hindi puwede ang name your price honey!

Kung ano ang ibibi­gay sa iyo na talent fee eh mapipilitan kang tanggapin dahil kapit sa patalim na ‘yun. And thankful ka na na tinanggap ka, may trabaho ka na! At bilang gratitude eh ipagyayabang mo nga­yon na binayaran ka ng times 5. Oh, debah pam-value added attraction?

Secondly, Mr. Manny V. Pangilinan is a businessman, at alam niya ang value ng investments niya. Kaya nga siya naging bilyonaryo, noh! He doesn’t simply grab anything hoping to make money on it.

 

Kung negosyante ka (like I am not!), hindi ka basta-basta maglalagay ng mataas na puhunan sa isang commodity na pa­lugi. Doon ka syempre sa magtutubo ka! And stars are hard to determine whether magtutubo ka o malulugi ka. Ano si Mr. MVP, nagtatapon ng salapi?

Plano rin daw ni Gabby Concepcion na lumipat na sa TV5. Go! Go! Go!

Hoy, lahat kayong taga-GMA7 at ABS-CBN talents magsilayas na kayong lahat diyan at doon na kayo sa times 5 ang bayad sa inyo, ha! But then, puro naman wala nang face value ang naglalakad patungong singko, debah?

Kung tulad ng ibang nagsilayas sa ABS-CBN ay dinedma na lang nila ang paglayas ni Willie Revillame eh hindi sana nagkaroon ng adde­d value itong si kolokoy! Well, habang dumarami ang demanda sa kanya ay lalo siyang nagkakaroon ng value, pinag-uusapan, daily topic, newsbuster (debah sinabayan niya ang news hour?), go-getter at mas lumaki ang salaping pinamumudmod daily!

At newsmaker pa ang mokong dahil matalino ang grupo nila by taking-in as Willie’s co-host the lovely Shalani Soledad (as opposed to “Wowowee” co-host, the ugly duckling Pokwang!).

And who is Shalani naman? Siya lang naman po ang ex-GF ng Pangulong Aquino. Si Willie ay maka-Manny Villar na tinalo nga ni PNoy. So by taking in PNoy’s ex in Shalani para na rin silang nagtagumpay, debah naman?

Ang report sa akin sa Facebook ay pinakamarami raw nanonood sa TV5 sa “Face to Face” followed only by Willing Willie. Nagkaroon lang naman ng exodus of studio audience sa TV5 nu’ng mamudmod na ng salapi si Willie.

Hindi naman ganoon kalakas ang convincing power ni Revillame dahil kung meron siya, eh ‘di sana si Manny Villar ang ating presidente ngayon! Pati nga si Dolphy na nag-endorsed din kay Villar ay napatunayang lumaylay na ang popularidad dahil napatunayan ‘yan sa “Father Jejemon” na produced niya at kulelat sa ta­kilya!

Tiyak nang biggest news sa showbiz sa buwan ng Enero ang wedding nina Kristine Hermosa at Oyo Sotto.

Ikakasal ang dalawa sa Jan. 11 pero maliban sa petsa, lugar, mga ninong at ninang, walang ibang detalye sa inililihim na kasal nina Oyo at Kristine.

Pero kagaya ng aking madalas sabihin, matalas ang pang-amoy ng mga reporters kaya siguradong malalaman nila ang exact wedding venue bago sumapit ang Jan. 11.
